Cryopreservation does not lower dendritic cell immunogenicity

"In the past decade there has been increasing evidence that tumor antigen-loaded dendritic cells (DC) are able to elicit anti-tumor T-cell responses," explained Joerg Westermann and colleagues at Humboldt University's and the Max Delbrueck Center for Molecular Medicine in Berlin.
