"We investigated whether the determination of clonality by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) analysis of immunoglobulin heavy chain (IgH) gene rearrangements could be helpful in the evaluation of B-cell lymphoma (BCL) involvement of bone marrow (BM) biopsy specimens," researchers in Switzerland report.
