Researchers summarize mechanisms underlying cancer-induced symptoms

Frustration regarding the lack of knowledge about the mechanisms of cancer-related symptoms has prompted researchers to take a closer look at the what triggers cancer pain.

According to recent research published in the journal Drugs of Today, "In addition to the physical and emotional suffering induced by the diagnosis of cancer, patients are subjected to additional discomfort and suffering from symptoms induced by both the disease and its treatment.
