Isaac Kier joins board

Hudson Health Sciences, Inc., (HHS), a biopharmaceutical company headquartered in San Francisco, California, has elected Isaac Kier to its board of directors.
Kier is a general partner of Coqui Capital Partners, a venture capital firm, and has a successful track record launching and managing small-cap companies in several industries.
