Curis, Inc., (CRIS), a therapeutic drug development company, announced that the current online issue of the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America contains a study report demonstrating that human medulloblastoma, the most common childhood brain malignancy, is strongly correlated with deletion of a gene that encodes a suppressor of the Hedgehog signaling pathway.
