Biopharmaceutical company reports improved first quarter financial results

Total revenue for the quarter was $2,809,000 compared to total revenue of $2,061,000 for the first quarter of fiscal year 2004, an increase of 36%. Gross profit for the first quarter of fiscal year 2005 was $1,677,000 (60%) compared to $1,205,000 (58%) for the first quarter of fiscal year 2004.
Operating expenses for the first quarter of fiscal year 2005 was $2,419,000 compared to $3,331,000 for the first quarter of fiscal year 2004. The net loss for the first quarter of fiscal year 2005 ended June 30, 2004, was $645,000 or $.02 per...
