MastaScope Eastern European distributor announced

Lifeline Biotechnologies, Inc., (LBTT) has signed an agreement with Vamstec of Zagreb, Croatia, that gives Vamstec exclusive rights to distribution the company's microendoscope product.

Countries included in the agreement are Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Bulgaria, Romania, Albania, and Hungary.

This agreement marks the second European distribution agreement signed by the company for its MastaScope product line and includes minimum orders, which over the course of 4 years, are expected to generate $682,000 in sales (orders specifically without replacement Mastascopes).
