Fox Chase Cancer Center selected for Cancer Information Service contract award

The U.S. National Cancer Institute (NCI), the government's lead agency for cancer research, has selected Fox Chase Cancer Center as 1 of 15 organizations to receive a 5-year, $4.9 million contract to operate a Cancer Information Service Partnership Program for New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.

The NCI's Cancer Information Service provides the latest, most accurate cancer information for the general public. The grant awarded to Fox Chase funds the Partnership Program, and teams the Cancer Information Service with other agencies and organizations in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware to address cancer issues in the community.
