Molecular diagnostics company names Paul Gobeil as chairman of the board

DiagnoCure, Inc., (CUR) announced that Paul Gobeil was elected to the board of directors at the annual shareholders' meeting.

Since April 2003, Gobeil has acted as advisor to the president of DiagnoCure. He is presently vice chairman of the board of directors of Metro, Inc., and a member of the board of directors of several other companies and institutions, including the National Bank of Canada. From 1989-1994, he was chairman of the board of directors of the Royal Trust Co., Bankers' Trust, Hydro-Quebec, and Domtar, Inc.
