Construction company responds to airborne infectious disease isolation needs

NewMech Companies is responding to the mandated guidelines for airborne infectious disease isolation in hospitals.

These guidelines have been set forth by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). All participating hospitals must have the capacity to isolate patients suspected of having a highly infectious disease such as smallpox, pneumonic plague or other potentially deadly communicable diseases. Hospitals must maintain negative pressurized areas where all infected air is directed from the isolation area through a filtered exhaust system.
