"Hepatic resection is the most effective therapy for liver metastasis of colorectal carcinoma. To clarify indications for this therapy, the clinicopathologic and follow-up data of 103 consecutive patients who underwent hepatic resection for metastases of colorectal carcinoma were analyzed.
