"This study examined whether soluble 66 and 51 kDa tumor-associated antigens (sTAA), isolated from the serum of rats with mammary cancer, possess specific suppressive effects on chemically-induced mammary tumorigenesis in syngeneic counterparts. Dimethylbenzanthracene (DMBA, 10 mg/rat, two administrations) was used to induce mammary tumors in 8-week-old Sprague Dawley rats.
