IDM granted "cell therapy establishment" designation

IDM (Immuno-Designed Molecules), a privately held biopharmaceutical company, the shareholders of which recently entered into an agreement to combine with Epimmune Inc. (EPMN), has received the designation of "cell therapy establishment" from Afssaps, the French Drug Agency, for its European production site based in Paris.

IDM is the first private company in France to receive this designation, which authorizes the company to perform activities in the preparation, storage, distribution and transfer of cell therapy products. It was granted for a renewable period of 5 years.
