Chemotherapy induced expression of cyclooxygenase-2 in lung cancer

Chemotherapy induced the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).

In a recently published study, investigators in the United States conducted a study "to determine the effect of taxane-based chemotherapy on intratumoral levels of COX-2 and prostaglandin E-2 (PGE2) in patients with NSCLC."
