Quadramet maker revises third-quarter results; net loss reduced by $703,000

Cytogen Corp. (CYTO) has revised its previously reported consolidated financial results for the third quarter and 9 months ended September 30, 2005 to reflect the recognition of a warrant liability and a decrease in the value of the warrant liability related to warrants issued by the company in connection with its sale of common stock in July and August 2005. This has reduced the company's net loss for the third quarter and 9 months ended September 30, 2005 by $703,000.
Cytogen is now reporting a net loss of $7.1 million, or $0.40 per basic and diluted share, in the third quarter of 2005, compared to a net loss of $7.8 million, or $0.44 per basic and diluted share,...
