Nancy Chang, PhD, named board chair of monoclonal antibody-focused biotech company

Chang replaces Osama Mikhail, PhD, who will assume the position of lead director. Succeeding Chang as president and CEO will be Danong Chen, PhD, MBA, who currently holds the position of vice president of strategy and corporate development at Tanox. In addition, Edward Hu, MBA, has been promoted to senior vice president and chief operating officer.
