"Germline mutations of the MYH gene have been revealed to associate with the recessive inheritance of multiple colorectal adenomas in Caucasian population. However, MYH mutations in Japanese patients have not yet been clarified," scientists writing in the journal Mutation Research - Fundamental and Molecular Mechanisms of Mutagenesis reported.
