Exercise-induced melatonin did not have preventive effect against breast cancer

Increased exercise-induced melatonin was not proven to have a preventive effect against breast cancer.

According to a recently published article in the American Journal of Epidemiology, "Melatonin may protect against breast cancer. Light and other factors influence melatonin, but the evidence is limited."

J.A. Knight and colleagues conducted a study "to determine factors related to melatonin."
