PDCD2_C domain might not be universally associated with apoptosis

Scientists suggested the PDCD2_C domain might not be universally associated with apoptosis. According to a study from the People's Republic of China, "There are only two isoforms of PDCD2 and MGC13096 containing PDCD2_C domain in human genome. To study the role of PDCD2_C domain in apoptosis, the cDNAs of two isoforms of PDCD2 and MGC13096 were cloned."
