AMD drug developer names John L. Armstrong, Jr. CEO

Genaera Corp. (GENR) announced that the board of directors has named John (Jack) L. Armstrong, Jr. as CEO (CEO) and president, effective immediately.

In October 2005, Armstrong was appointed to serve as interim CEO and president commencing January 1, 2006.
