Researchers publish new studies and findings in the area of prostate cancer

New findings from Australia, the United Kingdom and Sweden describe advances in prostate cancer.

Study 1: Factors leading to delayed rectal and urinary symptomatology in prostate cancer patients were examined.

"[The study's aim was] to identify contributing factors to delayed rectal and urinary symptoms in a randomized trial comparing different durations of maximal androgen deprivation (MAD), given prior to radiotherapy, for locally advanced prostate cancer.
