Panitumumab showing great promise against colorectal cancer

Results from a Phase III study have shown that panitumumab improves progression-free survival in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) who had failed standard chemotherapy.

The study was presented during the 97th Annual Meeting of the American Association for Cancer Research.
