Studies describe new findings in diagnostics research

Investigators in South Korea, Turkey and Belgium have published new diagnostics data.

Study 1: 1.5 T was compared to 3.0 T superparamagnetic iron oxide-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) for the detection of focal hepatic lesions.

"We sought to compare the image quality, lesion conspicuity, and the diagnostic performance of 1.5 T and 3.0 T superparamagnetic iron oxide-enhanced liver MRI for detecting focal malignant hepatic lesions.
