"Improving chemotherapeutic efficacy in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) will require the development of new strategies to better use currently available agents. [The study's aim was] to assess the efficacy and safety of a biweekly regimen of cisplatin, gemcitabine and vinorelbine for advanced non-small-cell lung cancer.
