Threshold Pharmaceuticals' chief medical officer resigns, will become consultant

Threshold Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (THLD), announced that Alan Colowick has resigned as chief medical officer and will become a consultant to the company and a member of the scientific advisory board. Colowick joined the company in January 2005.

As a consultant, Colowick will continue to provide strategic input and work closely with the company in an advisory role in executing the company's ongoing clinical studies. In the interim, the medical aspects of Colowick's responsibilities will be managed by Michael Brawer, who joined Threshold as a member of the management team earlier this year.
