Kosan appoints Robert De Jager as chief medical officer

De Jager is a medical oncologist and clinical pharmacologist with more than 30 years of experience in the global development and successful registration of cancer therapeutics spanning multiple modalities.
De Jager joins Kosan from Conforma Therapeutics Corp. (acquired by Biogen Idec in May 2006) where he served as chief medical officer and vice president, clinical research and development, and was responsible for the company's development programs.
