CuraGen and TopoTarget expand belinostat (PXD101) clinical trial in cutaneous T cell lymphoma

The observed preliminary objective response rates have met the predefined criteria for expansion of the CTCL arm of the trial. The predefined criteria in the protocol required at least 2 objective responses be observed in the first 13 patients treated.
