Southwest Diagnostic Imaging Center Has Capacity and Experts to Perform Recommended Breast MRIs for Women with High Cancer Risk

Southwest Diagnostic Imaging Center (SWDIC), announced it is prepared to respond to any and all newly recommended guidelines for breast cancer detection in women who are at high risk for the disease. According to MRI Director at SWDIC, Dr. Cynthia Sherry, "We are pleased to be able to immediately offer high-risk breast cancer patients and their physicians, complete and timely access to this important MRI technology. Not many imaging centers in the country have this complete offering, which includes, the high-definition 3.0T MRI, specially trained radiologists, accreditation by the American College of Radiology (ACR) and a convenient North Texas location."
