Investigators at City of Hope Cancer Center release new data on cancer clinical trial

New investigation results, "Clinical trials in older adults with cancer: past and future," are detailed in a study published in ONCOLOGY. According to recent research published in the journal ONCOLOGY, "The risk of cancer increases with age, and as the USA. population rapidly ages, the number of older adults seeking treatment for cancer is also increasing dramatically. However, this growing population of older adults has been underrepresented in clinical trials that set the standards for oncology care."
