Scientists at School of Medicine target oncology

A report, "Clinical and imaging experience with yttrium-90 microspheres in the management of unresectable liver tumours," is newly published data in European Journal of Surgical Oncology. According to recent research from London, the United Kingdom, "Selective internal radiation therapy (SIRT) is emerging as a new therapeutic modality in recent years for management of non-resectable hepatic malignancies.
