Scientists at Harvard University, Department of Economics publish research in lung cancer therapy

Fresh data on lung cancer are presented in the report 'The value of medical interventions for lung cancer in the elderly: results from SEER-CMHSF.' "Lung cancer is the leading source of cancer mortality and spending. However, the value of spending on the treatment of lung cancer has not been conclusively demonstrated," scientists writing in the journal Cancer report.
