Fresh data on angiogenesis are presented in the report 'Identification and characterization of follistatin as a novel angiogenin-binding protein.' According to a study from Hangzhou, People's Republic of China, "Angiogenin enhances tumorigenesis. However, the mechanisms of angiogenin-induced angiogenesis and cancer cell proliferation remain elusive."
