New findings from Ohio State University, Department of Pathology describe advances in sarcoma

New investigation results, 'Fine-needle aspiration biopsy of high-grade sarcoma: a report of 107 cases,' are detailed in a study published in Cancer. According to recent research published in the journal Cancer, "To the authors' knowledge, few studies exist demonstrating the reliability of fine-needle aspiration (FNA) biopsy for high-grade sarcoma (HGS). In the current study, the authors reviewed their cytopathology database (March 2001 through January 2007) and identified all FNA cases diagnosed as HGS."
