Scientists at Chinese University of Hong Kong discuss research in nasopharyngeal carcinoma therapy

A report, 'A split-organ delineation approach for dose optimisation for intensity-modulated radiotherapy for advanced T-stage nasopharyngeal carcinoma,' is newly published data in Clinical Oncology. In this recent report, researchers in People's Republic of China conducted a study "To assess the dosimetric effect of using a split-organ delineation approach during intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) treatment planning for advanced T-stage nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). Twenty NPC patients with T3-4 tumours were studied."
