Research on vaccines published by scientists at General Hospital, Department of Hematology

April 15th, 2008

Fresh data on vaccines are presented in the report 'Enhanced protein expression by internal ribosomal entry site-driven mRNA translation as a novel approach for in vitro loading of dendritic cells with antigens.' According to a study from Beijing, People's Republic of China, "Transfection of dendritic cells (DCs) with messenger RNAs (mRNAs) of tumor-associated antigens (TAAs) is a promising strategy for cancer vaccines.
