Research findings from P.A. Kupelian et al update understanding of prostate cancer

In this recently published article, scientists in the United States conducted a study "To verify whether rectal distention at the time of planning impacts outcomes in patients with localized prostate cancer treated with daily image guidance. Between 1998 and 2002, a total of 488 prostate cancer patients were treated with intensity-modulated radiotherapy."
