Studies from Northwestern University add new findings in the area of life sciences

In this recent article published in the journal Radiology, scientists in the United States conducted a study "To prospectively evaluate the safety, efficacy, and survival of patients with chemorefractory liver metastases who have been treated with yttrium 90 (Y-90) glass microspheres. Institutional review boards from two institutions approved the HIPAA-compliant study; all patients provided informed consent."
