New investigation results, 'DNAzymes targeted to EBV-encoded latent membrane protein-1 induce apoptosis and enhance radiosensitivity in nasopharyngeal carcinoma,' are detailed in a study published in Cancer Letters. "Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) is involved in the carcinogenesis of several types of cancers such as nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and Burkitt's lymphoma.
