Studies from E. Glazer and colleagues yield new information about adenomatous polyp

According to recent research from the United States, " Serrated adenomas (SA) are histologically defined by the presence of both hyperplastic and adenomatous features. These uncommon polyps are thought to play an important role in the development of sporadic colorectal cancers (CRC) with microsatellite instability (MSI)."
