Study data from University of Verona update understanding of abdominal aortic aneurysm

"A diagnosis of concomitant pulmonary carcinoma and abdominal aortic aneurysm is rare (< 1% of treated cases). However, such an association makes the therapeutic decisions critical, especially regarding the priority and timing of treatment," researchers in Verona, Italy report.
