"Lobular endocervical glandular hyperplasia (LEGH) is a cervical lesion with pyloric gland metaplasia. Minimal deviation adenocarcinoma (MDA) is an extremely well differentiated form of endocervical adenocarcinoma (AC)," investigators in Yamanashi, Japan report. "To date, it is difficult to differentiate LEGH from MDA because they share similar clinical, radiological, and immunohistochemical features.
