"In endometrioid adenocarcinoma of the uterine corpus, nodal metastasis is related to prognosis. D2-40 immunostaining has recently been used to detect lymphatic invasion, but a study of D2-40 immunostaining for endometrioid adenocarcinoma of the uterine corpus has not been published," scientists in Hongo, Japan report.
