Researchers detail in 'Development of a fatigue and functional impact scale in anemic cancer patients receiving chemotherapy,' new data in cancer. According to recent research published in the journal Cancer, "This study was conducted to develop a brief measure of fatigue and functional impact in cancer patients with anemia. Data were obtained from a multisite, phase 2 study of darbepoetin-alpha (n=1,558)."
