New findings from Hirosaki University in the area of cancer gene therapy described

Investigators publish new data in the report 'Claudin-1 expression is induced by tumor necrosis factor-alpha in human pancreatic cancer cells.' "Claudin-1 is a membrane protein with four transmembrane domains, that is exclusively localized at cellular tight junctions.
