Investigators publish new data in the report 'Amine-functionalized gold nanoparticles as non-cytotoxic and efficient intracellular siRNA delivery carriers.' According to recent research from South Korea, "Gold nanoparticles chemically modified with primary amine groups were developed as intracellular delivery vehicles for therapeutic small interfering RNA (siRNA).
