New thyroid cancer clinical trial study findings have been published by scientists at Mayo Clinic, Department of Internal Medicine

New research, 'Anaplastic thyroid cancer: molecular pathogenesis and emerging therapies,' is the subject of a report. According to recent research from the United States, "Anaplastic thyroid cancer (ATC) is a rare malignancy. While external beam radiation therapy has improved locoregional control, the median survival of approximately 4 months has not changed in more than half a century due to uncontrolled systemic metastases."
