"A 27-year-old, nulliparous female, presented with an adnexal mass. Following fertility-sparing surgery and adjuvant chemotherapy, slit, was able to achieve a successful pregnancy. Fifteen years after initial conservative treatment, she remains without pathologic evidence of cancer. Psammocarcinoma are rare neoplasms that appear to have an indolent clinical course," wrote J.P.
