According to recent research from Tainan, Taiwan, "Cancer metastasis, involving multiple processes and various cytophysiological changes, is a primary cause of cancer death and may complicate clinical management, even leading to death. Myricetin (3,5,7,3',4',5'-hexahydroxyflavone), a naturally occurring flavonoid, has various anticancer activities."
