Study results from E. Erdemoglu and colleagues broaden understanding of endometrial hyperplasia

"The mechanism of tamoxifen-associated endometrial hyperplasia and cancer is not elicited. RAD001 inhibits a target protein in phosphatidyl kinase pathway, which is involved in endometrial hyperplasia and cancer," researchers in Ankara, Turkey report.
