Research on glioblastoma therapy reported by scientists at University of Wisconsin

Investigators publish new data in the report 'Giant cell glioblastoma: a glioblastoma subtype with distinct epidemiology and superior prognosis.' According to recent research published in the journal Neuro-Oncology, "Giant cell glioblastoma (GC) is an uncommon subtype of glioblastoma multiforme (GBM). Consequently, the epidemiology, natural history, and factors associated with outcome are not well defined."
